You are giving God the middle finger.

Dig down deep.  Push past the rationalization, the excuses, the self pity.  At it's core, lust is a heart issue. You must realize that deep down inside a part of you wants to look at porn, you enjoy it, you love it, and nobody is going to stop you from doing it. 

 

Let that sink in for a minute.  God sent His Son to suffer and die on the cross to free you from sin and how are you responding?  By giving Him the middle finger.  By responding to His grace with a rebellious heart. 

 

"I hate this", "I don't want to do this anymore", "Take this away from me" "Forgive me Lord":  You cry out to God for freedom and forgiveness but you are only lying to yourself, you are attempting in vain to appease the guilt you feel. 

The Lord knows your true heart and He's waiting for you to see your wretched condition. He is waiting for you to come to Him with nothing except brokenness and determination to be obedient no matter what the cost.
