You need self control

Why when you clean house, genuinely repent, and are walking with God, does the struggle persist?
Do your eyes automatically scan every woman that walks past? Is your mind still a cesspool of pornographic thoughts? Do you constantly pleasure yourself? The actions listed above are left over symptoms of a lustful heart that has run amok. They have become deeply ingrained habits.
Everyone who competes in the games exercises self-control in all things. They then do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable. Therefore I run in such a way, as not without aim; I box in such a way, as not beating the air; but I discipline my body and make it my slave, so that, after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified. - 1 Corinthians 9:25-27
What is needed now is divine self-control. You have allowed sin to rule for years, it is going to take years of discipline and training to break those habits and overcome the addiction.
